Who we are
Edgius Inc. is a Montréal consultancy for AI, technology and data. This policy explains what personal information our website collects, why, and the rights you hold under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25).
What we collect, and why
Contact form: your name, work email, organization and message — used solely to respond to you.
The Elephants Safari (self-assessment): your first name, work email, company website and organization size band, plus your answers — used to prepare your results, draw your network sketch, and follow up on your assessment. Assessment answers are scored in your browser; what we receive is what the results page shows you.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate region, device type). We do not use analytics data to identify you personally.
What we never do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, and only so the site can function. We send no marketing you did not ask for.
Service providers and data location
The site runs on Microsoft Azure; form and assessment submissions are delivered to us through Microsoft's automation services; analytics is provided by Google. These providers may process data on infrastructure located outside Québec, including in the United States. We limit what reaches them to the minimum listed above.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — responding to you, and the follow-up you asked for. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS); access is limited to Edgius personnel who need it.
Your rights
You may ask at any time: what personal information we hold about you, that we correct it, that we delete it, or that we stop using it. Write to the contact below; we respond within 30 days.
